Dinosaurs

I can't seem to get the dinosaurs to appear. I did the thing with the time arrows in the beginning levels, but they still won't appear. What am I doing wrong?

Glitch

I found a glitch where if you hit a bird, plane, or helicopter at the same time you hit the United States, the flashing particles will stay on the screen the whole time you're flying.

Repulsion Shield: what it does

In case anybody's wondering, the repulsion shield shoots out tiny white blasts whenever you're hit by an enemy's weapon.
